After sending the communication, you can export the statistics from the platform to your MS Dynamics CRM account.
The campaign activity statistics are detailed on the platform.
To access statistics, after sending the first communication click on the Report button.
There are links for previewing the communication and viewing the report of the communication you sent.
Please note that the Number of conversions and Conversion Rate are indicated in the performance report and, if the contact that records a conversion proves to be interested in the communication, this conversion can be specified for a single click or on a corresponding external page like - for example - a thank you page.
The available Statistics feedback modes are:
Automatic statistics feedback mode
To automatically update the stats from the platform to your MS Dynamics CRM account, access the campaign activities configuration:
Enable the Automatically update the response option at the bottom of the configuration page, and specify the number of days, following the sending of the communication, after which the statistics should be automatically updated in the MS Dynamics CRM.
Moreover, you can also customize the subject of the campaign responses created during statistics synchronization by using placeholders (e.g. subject, behavior, etc.):
When automatic exporting of statistics is enabled, you can specify the number of days after which the automatic statistics feedback must be carried out for each new import of campaign activities from MS Dynamics CRM to the platform.
Manual statistics feedback mode
To manually update the stats from the platform to your MS Dynamics CRM account, click the action Update campaign responses button on Dynamics on the campaign activity list:
A confirmation dialog will ask you to confirm the update:
Click on Start to schedule the operation for the synchronization of statistics.
The manual update can also be completed by clicking on Update responses now, available on the campaign activity report.
