To consult the information related to completed synchronizations or to manually launch a new synchronization, access the Synchronization Status page by following the path:
Connect > PrestaShop Connector > Synchronization Status
On this page, you will find all the information related to the configured synchronization.
- Type of import performed: either On demand or Automatic;
- Details of the last import: date and time of the last execution, number of contacts added, updated, rejected or number of errors detected;
- Details of the last import error detected;
- Date and time of the next execution of the import.
Additionally, on the page, there is an available Import Now button that allows you to perform the import on demand. Clicking it prompts for confirmation of the operation.
Click on the Start button to launch the operation.
In the row of the page containing the information about the next execution, the term Scheduled appears.
The platform queues the operation to execute it as soon as possible.
When the import is in progress, the same row displays the term In progress...
Finally, when the operation is completed, all page information is updated based on the new data just processed.
By clicking on the Configuration option, you will quickly access the Synchronization Configuration page.
