After installing the Salesforce Connector, you can proceed with its configuration.
Connector configuration
To set the app configuration on the platform, follow the menu
Management > Salesforce > Configuration
The page displayed shows the global configurations of the Salesforce Connector.
The options Login page host and CRM host indicate, respectively, the address from which the login is performed and the address to which you are redirected when authentication is successful:
In this page, it is also necessary to configure the Server digital certificates (to connect the platform to Salesforce) and Client (for Salesforce to platform connection).

Connecting to your Salesforce account
Click on the Authorize connection button to connect to your Salesforce account:

Management > Salesforce > CRM Connection:
After clicking the Authorize connection button, the Salesforce authentication pop-up will appear:
Enter the Username and Password used for your Salesforce account and click the Login to Salesforce button.
If the connection is successful, the connected user will be displayed:
Automated operations (e.g., contact synchronization, campaign import…) are executed with the permissions of the user who installed the Salesforce Connector app. To modify the platform user utilized for executing automated operations, access the app configuration panel
Management > AppCenter > Salesforce Connector
in the Technical details section.
before changing the default user for executing the App, ensure that this user has authorized the connection with Salesforce (see previous point). Otherwise, a permissions error will be returned at each sync attempt.

To do this, click on the Download and update link and confirm that you want to proceed with the operation.

Managing reasons for unsubscribing/suspension
To allow this modification, you need to select an unsubscribe/suspension reason in the following mapping:
Only contacts with the selected unsubscribe/suspension reason will be re-subscribed, to avoid re-subscribing contacts who have expressed their preference not to receive emails.
It is advisable to create and use a specific value (e.g., CRM Unsubscribe

, etc.) for the fields Unsubscribe Reason and Suspension Reason present as system fields in the database:
