Notification messages are used to inform you of the positive or negative outcome of the automated operations configured on your Salesforce Connector.
To access the configuration of Notification Messages, from the Global Configuration page, go to the Notifications section.
First, choose which operations you want to monitor by enabling the corresponding option:
- Lead/Account/Contacts import monitoring;
- Lead/Account/Contacts export monitoring;
- Campaign Member import upload monitoring;
- Upload Campaign Member monitoring on Salesforce.
In the Send Notifications menu, choose when to send the message:
- Never:
No notifications will be sent in any case; - Only in case of error:
Notifications will be sent only if at least one of the operations being monitored encounters a problem of any kind. - Always:
Notification messages will be sent with details of the operations performed, regardless of whether they were successful or not.
If you have chosen at least one type of event to monitor and to receive notifications, an additional field will be displayed:
In this field, add the email addresses of all the recipients of the notification messages, one per line.
Once you have completed the configuration of Notifications, click the Save button at the top right of the page to save your configuration.
