'Message activity': the node that tracks the actions of contacts
The node ‘Message activity’ monitors the actions that contacts perform on received messages (open, click, convert...), but in complex flows, it is possible that a contact reaches the node without having received the message. For these cases, the node now provides a dedicated exit, ensuring that the flow can also handle these scenarios with a separate automated flow branch.
A new way to build dynamic audiences
A dynamic audience is constructed with a set of clauses related by the OR or AND operators. If you often use the same clauses with the same logic to create new audiences, you can construct a dynamic audience with these and then use it as a rule to construct other audiences.
Example: we build a dynamic ‘Interested contacts’ audience with all registered contacts who have clicked on at least one communication in the last week but have not converted. We want to build different targets that all have the same rules as a basis: we build new audiences using ‘belongs to Interested contacts’ as a clause.
How many contacts belong to this audience?
In the list of audiences, you can click on the action button (to the right of each row) to have ‘Count contacts’, a new action that opens a small window in which you can count the contacts you can reach for the various channels you have available in your account.
