You have sent a communication and would like to send it again to someone who has not opened or clicked on it?
We send the recall in one minute!
Before seeing the steps step by step it is good to remember how the openness of the communication is calculated: those who click or download the communication images.
Who are the target?
We will send the communication to contacts to whom it has already been sent and who
- have received
- have not recorded a hard bounce
- have not opened and/or clicked through.
In the case of multi-channel communication, the recall will only be carried out for emails.
This option does not send to contacts who are found to have opened with Apple Mail.
How to send?
- Click on the name of your sent communication
- Click the button Send
- Activate the recall option
- Decide whether the recall should also be sent to those with Apple mail privacy
If you select this option, you also send to contacts who are found to have opened with Apple Mail. We cannot know whether a contact using Apple Mail opened the email or it was opened by Apple's automated system; these openings are therefore considered unreliable. If you want to make sure, however, that you do not send to those who may have already read your communication in the previous sending, you should not select this option.
- Choose the shipping method and click on the button Continue
- You will receive a communication to confirm the shipment.
Can I send a reccal with different subject?
The answer is Yes!!!
In step 2, when the popup appers, click on Headings, change the Subject and Preview text and click on the Continue button.
If the communication is multilanguage, you cannot change the subject before making the recall.
