Access your MS Dynamics CRM account and go to the Marketing section
then, open the Campaigns page.
You will see the Campaigns list:
Click on the New button at the top left corner to create a new campaign to be used as a container, required for the creation of one or more activities:
Fill in the fields with information about the campaign (e.g. name, type of campaign, and so on):
Save the campaign and then click its name in the Campaigns menu:
Next, click on the Campaign Activities option
Add a new Campaign Activity:
Fill in the fields with information about the campaign (e.g. channel, subject, description and so on):
the selected channel must be platform.
The description, if filled in, can be found in the comments section of the communication draft in the platform.
The starting date, if filled in, can be reported as the scheduling date planned in the platform communication draft.
Once you have added the campaign activity:
go back to the Marketing section and access the Marketing Lists page:
In this page, by clicking the New button, you can create a new Marketing List of Leads or Contacts, which the system adds as a target of the campaign activity:
Fill in the fields with information about the new Marketing List (e.g. name, list type, type of members, etc.):
Click on Manage Members:
Set the search filter, based on the target to be selected, and click on Use Query:
The contacts list is ready.
Access the Target Marketing Lists:
Then click on Add Existing Marketing List:
Select the list that was created earlier and click on the Select and Add buttons:
At last, select where you would like to add this marketing list:
The configuration of activities on MS Dynamics CRM is completed
You may now export the campaign activity within the platform, together with its target, for preparing and sending the communication.
