The function for exporting a communication as a campaign activity is available only if the delivery target has been defined starting from leads/contacts/accounts previously imported by means of the connector's contact synchronization feature. This means you cannot use the following functions on target contacts not imported from the own MS Dynamics CRM account.
To enter the exported activities, on your platform account select:
Management > Microsoft Dynamics > Campaign activities exported to the CRM.
Click on the Export to Dynamics button to access the list of exportable communications
Click on the Newsletter name to proceed with the export.
Next, you have to define:
- The name of the new campaign activity created on Dynamics
- The Dynamics campaign to create your activity for:
- The options for response management;
Click on the Export button to create the campaign activity and start the responses' synchronization operation.
