A Simple Conversion is detected when contacts click on a specific link within a communication.
Monitor a Simple Conversion
To monitor who and how many contacts click on the main Call To Action in a communication, it is necessary to identify the link for recording a Simple Conversion.
Perform this action by clicking on the Register a Simple Conversion option on the Insert/Edit Link page.
This will allow you to add an extra level in the Communication Report funnel, identified by the label Conversion Rate, where the percentage of contacts who converted by clicking the link will be shown.
