On Matilda you have the ‘Salesforce - Update or create entity’ node, which allows you to update any entity on Salesforce CRM (e.g. lead, contact, account), whether standard or custom.
For example, I update a customer on Salesforce if he fills in a magnews landing page or if one of his contact fields is updated.
Select the type of entity you want to update (e.g., Customer) and choose whether to update only existing entities, create new entities, or both.
Choose the Salesforce fields you want to update and assign them a fixed value or the result of an expression, such as the value from a contact field or an automated flow variable (you can refer to the help section for examples of syntax to use).
