If you can log in but see a message saying that your user is suspended, it means your access to magnews has been temporarily disabled.
There can be two reasons.
Manual suspension by an administrator
Another user in your account, with permissions to manage users, may have suspended your access.

Suspension due to inactivity
If you haven’t logged in to magnews for a long time, the system may automatically suspend your user for security reasons.

How to reactivate your user
In both cases, reactivation is not automatic: it must be performed by a user with user management permissions (usually an account administrator).
To resolve the issue quickly, contact your company’s magnews account owner and ask for your user to be reactivated.
