Before you can perform any configuration, you need to connect a personal LinkedIn profile to the connector.
In the Management menu of the platform, you can find LinkedIn among the installed applications. By selecting the Connection option, you will be taken to the login screen. The first time you log in, there are no connected profiles, so you will be prompted to establish a connection.
By clicking the Link your account button, a popup opens with the LinkedIn login screen. Enter the credentials for your personal profile and accept the permissions requested by the application.
Once the necessary permissions have been granted, the popup closes. The main page displays the data of your profile, along with statistics regarding your personal profile permissions on all visible ad accounts.
The last two lines describe how many ad accounts you can see and how many you can manage. Management refers to the ability to configure acquisition forms and retrieve their submissions. If you are still performing the initial setup, the ad accounts configured in the platform are currently zero.
If there are no ad accounts available with the connected profile or if you do not have the permissions, an error message will appear. This is not necessarily a problem, especially if there are ad accounts already configured. However, if it is your first time using the application, it is likely that your personal profile does not have sufficient privileges to allow the connector to operate.
Now that a profile has been connected, proceed to add one or more ad accounts.
