To track the performance of your communications, you can view both the number and the value of conversions generated by your newsletters. Simply access the Insights section in the communications list to immediately see how much each message has converted.
The page includes a dropdown menu where you can select one of your configured conversion goals (you can choose from both client-side and server-side goals).
By selecting a goal, you'll see the directly linked conversions: the number of conversions and the total converted value per communication. This helps you identify which campaigns are truly performing and allows for quick adjustments as needed.
You can also choose a default conversion goal to be pre-selected when accessing the page. To do this, go to the conversion goals list in Journey Lab, and click the “Set as default goal” button at the top. Select your preferred goal.
Can’t select a specific conversion goal? Make sure that in the goal’s edit settings, the checkbox “Show this goal in the new version cards” is ticked.
You’ll get an instant view of the conversions driven by your campaigns, making it easier to analyze performance and support your strategic decisions.
