Filter and export reports of sent communications
From the Insight > Communications menu, access the list of all communications sent from your magnews account:
Here, you have a series of "on top" filters available:
these filters allow for a quick and simple search by conversion goals (depending on the configured objectives), existing journeys, and time period; you can filter, for example, all newsletters sent in the current year:
Additionally, with the wheel positioned at the top right of the table, you decide which columns to display in the report:
you have information available related to technical sending details (e.g., sender, subject, channels, …), absolute values (e.g., messages received, opened, clicked, …) and percentages (e.g., delivery rate, open rate, click rate, …):
Finally, select the desired communications and, with the "Actions" button located at the top right, export them to a CSV file:
choose the data categories to export and click on "Start activity":
and, on the next screen, click on "Download file" to complete the export task:
