To display an on-site message to your contacts or visitors, you need to configure the Web Tracking Script and add it to all pages of your site where you want it to be visible.
It is important that the
enableWebdisplay parameter in the script is set to true.On-site messages are available in the Journey section:
Journey Lab > Journey Name > On-site Messages
On this page, you will find the list of on-site messages from the journey. To create an on-site message, click the New On-Site Message button.

Once you've finished configuring the basic properties of your on-site message, click the Create button in the top right to proceed with its design.
