Services are currently available and functioning correctly. Restoration has been completed, but we are still awaiting official confirmation from the connectivity provider. Our team continues to monitor the situation to ensure full service stability.

Update
Due to an issue with a third-party connectivity provider, some magnews services are currently unavailable or degraded. The incident is impacting the platform login, the view of content and landing pages, the use of APIs/web services, and is causing slowdowns in message delivery. Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Update
We are still investigating the cause that is preventing access and use of magnews, the slowdowns in loading images and accessing landing pages for contacts. Also, we are investigating the cause that prevents API calls from being made and the slowdowns in sending messages.

The platform is temporarily unavailable, contacts are unable to view images in communications, and landing pages are not loading. API calls cannot be temporarily made and messages may take longer than expected to be sent.
We are working to resolve the issue.
