The power of magnews Q extends to audio as well: with Q Audio, you can add an audio version to your emails, transforming the content of your message into a ready-to-use track, straight from the designer.
This isn’t just a simple text-to-speech reading: Q reworks the content and adapts it for listening, transforming it into a more fluid and natural narrative.
This way, you can send the audio along with the email and offer your recipients an alternative way to engage with the message, for example when they’re on the go or have little time to read.
What you can do with Q Audio
Are you working on a document and want to make it accessible in audio format as well? Q Audio doesn’t just convert text—it reworks and interprets it to create a smooth, easy-to-listen-to narration.
You can:
- generate an audio version of the communication;
- choose the reading voice, male or female;
- insert the audio into your email;
- offer an accessible alternative to reading.
This is a useful solution to improve the user experience and expand how content can be consumed.
How to create the audio version
Inside the designer, in the top-left corner, click the purple icon dedicated to Q Audio.
A window opens where you can:
- manually write the text to convert into audio;
- or ask Q to automatically rework the communication content for listening by clicking "Automatically generate";
- select the voice to be used in the audio: Maggie (female voice) or Maurizio (male voice).
When everything is ready, click “Create audio”: Q will generate the audio file of the communication.
If the text field is empty, once you click “Create audio”, Q will automatically generate both the narration and the audio in a single step.
Once the audio is ready, you can:
- listen to the preview directly in the window;
- regenerate it by clicking "Regenerate audio", especially if the communication content has been modified and may no longer be up to date;
- use it in the communication.
The audio is associated with the communication and can be accessed via a link.
How to use the audio in your communication
Once the audio file has been generated, you can include it in your post in several ways:
By inserting the service link "Audio version";
By inserting the placeholder "[link:audioversion]" in the HTML editor.
- By adding a pre-made section from the section catalog
- in the “Header” tab, sections with a ready-made icon and link to listen
- in the “Intro” tab, a section with the audio player
- in the “Header” tab, sections with a ready-made icon and link to listen
You can use these sections as is or customize them based on the layout and content of your communication.
In all cases, the audio is automatically linked to the link, and recipients will be able to easily listen to it once they receive the communication.
