Customise the contact list
In the contact list, of any database, a ‘wheel’ appears in the top right-hand corner which allows you to customise the columns which are visible in the contact list.
This setting is set per database, so it is possible to have a different display in different databases, highlighting the most representative fields for each.
It is possible to display all contact fields in the list, it is not possible to hide or move the first column, which contains the key field of the database.
The columns will be displayed in the order defined in the layout of the contact fields, the same order in which the fields are displayed in the contact card.
Activities on automated flow sessions
In this June release, we begin to report on the Matilda interface the manual activities that can be done on automated flow sessions, whether active or completed.
Operations can be performed from the design of the active automated flow, by clicking on the session numbers, or from the automated flow home page, from the two tabs ‘Active Sessions’ and ‘Closed Sessions’.
We have started with some manual operations which will be completed in the next releases. Once completed, they will be available:
- Advance sessions: on active sessions in the wait and filter periodic type nodes.
- Delete sessions.
- Export CSV: produces a CSV-type file with session data and contact ID.
- Edit contact field.
