Ask Q and MCP
Create a complete communication directly from the chat
You can now ask Ask Q to create a new email communication simply by describing what you want to communicate. Describe your goal and, if you want, add one or more reference web pages: Q analyzes their content, selects the most suitable sections, and prepares text and images while also taking your brand identity into account.
Before creating the communication, Q asks you for confirmation, so you always stay in control of the result. The same capability is also available on the server MCP, allowing you to create communications in magnews from your preferred AI tool.
Assets and Journey Lab
Repeat surveys as often as you need
For recurring surveys, you can define after how many days the same contact can complete them again, avoiding responses that are too close together without permanently excluding contacts who have already participated.
For example, you can use the same NPS survey every year: after completing it once, the contact will not be able to respond again until the specified period has expired, but will automatically be able to participate again once the defined number of days has passed.
Run different actions based on form responses
You can condition the button actions of landing pages, surveys and service pages based on the values entered in the form or on the contact's data.
For example, you can send an email only to contacts who selected “Yes” for a specific question, or run different actions based on the selected answer, without having to create multiple buttons to manage different cases.
How to configure actions after submission
Customize your landing page URL more easily
On the landing page home, you can directly access the configuration of the custom public URL, so you can replace the automatically generated address with a more readable and recognizable URL.
Simply follow the link from the page card to open the dedicated settings and customize the URL you want to use.
How to configure a landing page
Customize the subject line of tests and previews
When you send a test or preview of an email communication, you can customize the prefix added to the subject line instead of always using the default one.
You can enter any text you want or remove it completely. For example, if you send multiple versions of the same communication to your team for review, you can add a number to the prefix to easily distinguish each test and collect precise feedback on the correct version.
How to create and send an email communication
Send communications directly from the designer
When you have finished creating an email or SMS communication, you can send it directly from the designer without having to return to the communication home.
In the same area, you can also find the main verification actions, such as preview, test send, link check or message size check, so you can complete your checks more easily before sending and continue without interrupting your workflow.

Analyze the performance of each individual delivery
If a communication has been sent multiple times, in the report you can select an individual delivery and analyze its results separately, instead of viewing only the overall communication data.
The filter is available across the different report tabs, so you can compare individual delivery performance more easily and understand, for example, how opens, clicks and other results changed from one delivery to another.

Manage transactional messages sent to contacts more easily
In Journey Lab, you can find a dedicated view for transactional messages sent to contacts, which also includes messages sent via SMTP.
In the sent and pending message lists, you can now find only the information you need to monitor transactional messages sent to contacts, with dedicated filters for channel, source, status, contacts and transactional types.

Manage conversions and web tracking more easily
We have reorganized the management of conversion goals to clearly distinguish server-side goals from client-side goals. Each goal has a dedicated page where you can view its configuration, check the conversions collected and, for client-side goals, retrieve the script to add to your website, already including any configured parameters.
You can also create and edit directly in magnews client-side goals, conversion parameters and web tags, without switching to the old interface. This gives you a single environment for tracking website actions, enriching conversions with additional information and using browsing behavior to personalize audiences, content and automations.

Update multiple contact fields with a single node
In the Update contact node, you can update multiple fields in the same step, without having to create a sequence of separate nodes for each piece of information you want to update.
You can configure up to 10 fields and assign values, expressions or the other already available options to each one. The contact is updated only once, making the workflow easier to build and more efficient to run.

Give Q Wait more time to learn
In the Q Wait node, you can set a minimum learning time before Q starts recalculating the wait-time distribution.
This is especially useful when your wait times differ significantly, for example 1 day and 10 days: by waiting for the minimum period you set, Q can base its recalculation on more representative data and prevent the first completed sessions, which mainly come from the shorter wait, from influencing the optimization too early.

Reports - Insight
Export all communication data in a single file
From an email communication report, you can directly export to CSV the data related to sends, including information on delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, bounces and other useful analysis data.
You can also choose to add the contact data you need to the file. The same structure is available in funnel lists, so you can export individual email data or an aggregated view by contact while keeping a consistent structure for your analyses.
How to export and analyze report data
Analyze conversions and on-site messages for the period you are interested in
In Insight, you can analyze the performance of conversion goals for the period you want to review, choosing between month, quarter, half-year or year, current or previous. The data in the list is recalculated based on the selected period, while the full list of goals remains visible.
For on-site messages, you can also choose the analysis period and the conversion goal to consider. Performance data updates based on your selections, so you can analyze results over time more easily without losing sight of the full list of messages.

Data management and Profile Studio
Identify contacts who make it all the way to conversion
Engagement goes one step further with the new Converter level, which identifies contacts who have recently completed a conversion and distinguishes them from those who stopped at the click. The level is calculated for the different channels and also contributes to the contact's overall engagement.
This helps you identify higher-value contacts more easily and use this information in your activities: you can create dedicated audiences, apply filters, personalize sends and build workflows that take into account not only interaction with messages, but also conversion.
Manage tracking with greater control
You can define the tracking policy for bulk and transactional communications by choosing whether to respect the contact’s preferences, disable tracking, or force it when the context of the communication allows it. You can also set a default behavior at journey level for new communications.
In Profile Studio, you can also use “Reject tracking” as a business insight field, so you can easily see how many contacts have disabled tracking, create dedicated audiences, and use this information in your analyses alongside other contact data.

Make table data easier to read
You can make data tables easier to read by displaying choice values as colored badges. For example, you can distinguish statuses such as “Paid”, “Pending” or “Refunded” at a glance by assigning a different color to each value.
For amounts, you can also use the new Currency type, choosing the symbol and the number of decimal places to display. Values are then shown already formatted in lists and record details, including when the table data is linked to contacts.
How to link a data table to contacts
Create more precise audiences using data from linked tables
In filters, you can use the average, minimum value and maximum value of numeric fields in data tables linked to contacts. For example, if you use an orders table, you can identify contacts who spend more than €50 per order on average and create an audience for a dedicated promotion.
We have also simplified the management of missing values: in Yes/No fields you can directly distinguish Not set values and, in advanced conditions, immediately choose Is empty or Is set without additional steps.
Export only the contact data you need
When you export landing page responses or delivery recipients, you can choose the individual contact fields to add to the CSV file instead of exporting entire data categories.
You can select only the information you need or use advanced selection to directly specify the fields and define their order. This gives you cleaner files that are already organized for subsequent analysis or processing.

Manage email domains among blocked addresses too
In the blocked contact details management area, you can now configure entire email domains as well, without having to manage individual addresses one by one.
This allows you to prevent sends to all addresses belonging to a specific domain and manage this configuration directly in magnews, together with the other blocked-address settings.

Costumer Intelligence app
Anticipate churn and act on at-risk customers
With Churn Prediction, you can identify customers who are at risk of churning and turn this information into concrete marketing actions.
You can create audiences based on the level of churn risk and use them in your automations to differentiate your strategies: for example, you can act on customers who are beginning to disengage with retention initiatives or try to reactivate those who are already close to churning.
This means you are not limited to looking at what has already happened: you can use data to understand which customers to act on, when to do it and with what goal.
