Email tracking: what changes and how to manage it news
With the recent Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines, the way email tracking is managed is changing.
magnews was already ready: you can exclude a contact from tracking opens and clicks through a dedicated field.
From today, you can also set no tracking as the default for new contacts and manage consent more easily in subscription and profile/preference update forms.

Identity Resolution: merge contact data from multiple sources
Define additional secondary keys in your database and use multiple identifiers to recognize and update contacts.
If you work with data from multiple systems, you can use an external identifier or an alternative contact detail to identify the correct contact during imports and integrations. If you have multiple secondary keys, define the priority order in which they should be used to search for contacts.
This makes it easier to merge data from different sources and keep the database consistent, avoiding duplicates or manual work.

Get a complete view of each contact’s audiences
In the contact profile, you can also view the dynamic audiences the contact belongs to, in addition to the static ones.
From the Audience tab, just use the View audiences button to immediately get an updated overview. This helps you better understand which groups the contact belongs to and which communications they can receive.

Add contacts to new audiences more easily
If you use actions on the contact list to add contacts to a static audience, you can now work without interruptions.
You can create a new audience on the fly during the operation and find it immediately selected. You can also easily search available audiences, even when the list is long. This lets you complete the task faster, without switching context.

Automate data table exports news
You can create a scheduled task to export items from a data table.
Choose the table to export, define the fields to include, and apply a filter to export only relevant data, for example data updated since the last run. This lets you automate data table exports and always work with up-to-date data, without manual tasks.

With the Content Assistant, you can now generate and edit the content of a section, starting not only from a web page URL but also from your own description.
Describe your goal, for example promoting a service or presenting an offer, and Q adapts the content. You can immediately see a content preview to check the final result.

Share communications on WhatsApp too
When you configure a social sharing link, you can now also select WhatsApp among the available options.
You can add it and allow recipients to share the communication directly on WhatsApp. This makes it easier to share content on the most widely used messaging channels too.
Check subject and preview text for each conditional subject variant
If you use a conditional subject, you can also see the preview text associated with each condition.
You no longer see only the subjects, but also the text that accompanies them in the different conditions, directly in the communication card and in the summary before sending. The preview text is also available in the communication preview, so you can check the complete result before sending.

Send the personalized preview and test even the most complex scenarios
When you send an email preview, the advanced simulation variables are also considered.
If you have configured a scenario in the preview, you will find the same conditions in the preview sending window too, so you can test the communication consistently. This way, what you see in the preview matches the real result, even in more complex cases.

Add to blacklist after form and survey submission
You can now use a new action to manage what happens after the form is submitted.
After submitting a landing page or a survey, you can directly add the contact’s email address or mobile number to the blacklist. This prevents messages from being sent to contacts who should no longer be reached, without additional steps.

Improved sender domain control
We continue to improve the monitoring of Brand Protection configurations for the sender domains used in your account.
If DKIM certification is missing or incorrect, you will receive a notification: a sender domain that is not correctly certified increases the risk of your emails ending up in spam or being blocked.
Correct configurations improve deliverability, strengthen sender reliability, and increase recipient trust, with a direct impact on your campaign performance.
