Choose the Inspire template, available in the standard library.

Styles

The communication inherits styles from the brand kit. You’ll find logo, fonts, and color palette already set up. To modify them, click on the Styles icon; the section on the right will appear, allowing you to customize the various options (learn more by reading the article “How to create a communication by template“).

Products from the catalog

You can start creating your communication by adding a new section from the catalog by clicking the Add section button.

1. In the catalog, click on the Magento section and select the “Product” item
2. Customize the item by clicking on the edit icon
   
   
3. In the Layout tab, you can edit the structure of the item by changing, for example, column proportions, text color, background color, or in the Columns tab you can change the behavior and appearance of individual columns.
4. Click on the Content tab. By default, the Connect to Magento option is enabled.
   
   
   The selected options are already valid: to display the contact’s catalog products,
5. Click the Add button
6. Select a product or search by filtering with SKU, category, language
7. You can choose to include:
   
   • full description
   • short description
     
8. Click the Import button
9. Depending on the selected item, the “One product per row” option can be enabled.
10. If you choose the item with multiple products in a row, the “One content per row” option must be unchecked.
    
11. Click Save

Note: In design mode, it is normal not to see the inserted product but only the placeholder. To check, use the preview mode.

Preview

To verify that everything has been set up correctly, click the Preview button.
