Web Tracking is the integration that enables tracking of Advanced Conversions of users browsing sites outside the platform.
It can be used in various scenarios.
Among the most common use cases:
- How many purchases were recorded on an eCommerce site after sending a communication?
- How many contacts downloaded a document reserved for them?
- How many users completed the registration for the next webinar or event?
To use Web Tracking, it must be configured in the dedicated section of the platform and the provided Javascript scripts must be inserted in the pages of the site that identify the conversion (e.g. thank you page, file download, etc.).
To set up an advanced conversion, you need to configure Conversion Goals and Conversion Parameters.
