How to insert products from the Shopify catalog

Styles

The communication inherits the styles from the brand kit, with pre-set logos, fonts, and color palettes. To modify these, click on the Styles icon; the section on the right will appear, allowing you to adjust various options (learn more by reading the article Create a communication using templates).

Products from the catalog

You can start creating your communication by personalizing the existing section or adding a new section from the catalog by clicking the Add Section button.

1. From the catalog, click on the Shopify section and select the "Product" object.
   
2. Customize the object by clicking on the edit icon:
   
3. In the Layout tab, you can modify the structure of the object, such as adjusting column proportions, text color, background color, or column behavior and appearance under the Columns tab.
4. Click on the Content tab. By default, the Connect to Shopify option is enabled.
   
5. The pre-selected options are already valid. To view the products in the contact's catalog:
   
   1. Click the Add button.
   2. Select one or more products or search for them by filtering by name and language.
   3. Click Import to insert them.
6. Depending on the chosen object, the One product per row option may be toggled on or off:
7. Click on Save
8. If you select an object with multiple products in a row, ensure the Single content per line option is unchecked.
   
   

Note: In design mode, it’s normal not to see the inserted product, only a placeholder. To verify, use the Preview option.

Preview

To ensure everything is set up correctly, click the Preview button.
