Edit, step back (undo), and reapply changes (redo) made in the design. The undo and redo functionalities are powerful tools when editing an email. You can finally explore all the possibilities of the Inspire template, experiment with different solutions, and revert changes without losing any of your work.
Changes are tracked from the moment you open the email designer. In the left toolbar, below the subject, you'll see the undo and redo arrows, which provide the classic mechanism for moving backward and forward through your modifications.
The undo/redo functionality is available in the email designer for any template: Inspire, classic or custom templates. The last 20 recent changes of the current editing session are tracked. When you close the design, the history is reset.
Automatic saving
To edit a design element, click on the Edit icon. The parameter bar will appear on the right.
If you want the changes to be automatically applied to the design, click on the arrow next to the Save button and enable the Autosave option.
If you change your mind, you can disable autosave at any time by unchecking the option.
With the Restor button, you can revert the element to the last change made.
