How many times do you want to know whether your customers are satisfied with a service or not, but no one ever fills out the satisfaction survey ... NOW we solve this with a click!
In this article we will see how to create a communication with a question, the contact by clicking on the symbol or number will auto-fill a questionnaire and immediately display the thank you page.
Create the landing page with the question
- On the landing page insert or drag the Net Promoter Score element
- Click on the question and that the toolbar with the settings appears on the right
- Go to the Code tab and check the value NAME.
- Click the button Save
- Customise the Thank You Page
- Activate the page.
NOTE: this page will not be displayed by the contact, so then enter a technical or meaningful name for you, and the thank you page will be displayed.
Communication
- Create the communication and insert the element Rating
- Click on the question and the settings bar appears on the right hand side
- Move to the Format tab and choose the NPS icon and customise the style
- Go to the Question tab >> Choose the landing page you have just created
- In the Question text area enter in the value of the NAME field of our question
In our case we enter npsmagnews and click the button Save - Make a test (not a preview) to one of your test contacts and verify the saving of the data in the survey results.
Not only NPS đđâšī¸
Now you know all about the NPS, but we can use the rating element to ask at your contacts for a satisfaction.
- Create the landing page and insert the Evaluation element
- From the settings bar that appears on the right >> tab Styles >> choose the symbol you want and format it (for ââ¤ī¸đ you can set not only the size but also the colour)
- From the Code tab, copy the value of the NAME
- Save the item.
- Activate the web page.
- Create the communication and insert the element Rating
- Choose the type of evaluation
(for the ââ¤ī¸đ you can set the colour as well as the size), while the smilies are already coloured with a colour scale ranging from red to green. -
Move to the Question and Enter tab:
- The associated landing page
- the NAME of the element created in the landing
