The flow is activated immediately upon receipt of a message. One responds with a WhatsApp message that gives the contact the opportunity to reply with one of the topics provided, quick reply buttons that offer clear options to the contacts.
One waits for the reply, the content of which is evaluated, to continue in a different branch of the automated flow depending on the reply received. In the case of unrecognised input, a new courtesy communication can be sent with the possibility to try again.
Progressive Profiling with WhatsApp
This automated flow ensures an effective and personalised interaction with the contact on the WhatsApp channel, increasing the data collected and improving its quality.
The flow starts with a periodic filtering of all contacts who, after a certain period, have not yet enhanced a specific piece of information. A WhatsApp message is sent containing several quick-reply buttons asking the contact to express a preference or communicate a piece of data.
One then waits for a response and then updates the data collected on the contact and sends them a final message to confirm that the information has been updated.
