Magnews hosts many types of information, from contacts to assets that you use for your marketing initiatives.
The search function ensures that Magnews is easy to navigate and that what you are looking for is quickly at your fingertips.
Use search
When searching for something specific, such as a contact or newsletter:
- Click the search icon at the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose where to search:- Assets: includes newsletters, workflows, and generally any item grouped in Journey Lab.
- Contacts: find contacts by first name, last name, or email address.
- Quick actions: finds sections and takes you directly to the dedicated page.
- Connect: search among the available apps.
- Help: find the most relevant documentation articles.
- Type your search term at the top of the search sidebar. You will see recently viewed items listed below the search bar. Simply click on them to access them directly.
Where's Maggie?
For users switching from the classic interface to matilda, some features may be in different locations or have been reorganized. Quick actions search provides easy navigation, allowing you to quickly access familiar features without having to explore the entire platform yourself.
By typing the name of a feature, Journey Lab section, or specific setting (e.g., sender domains, brand kit, multilingual, etc.) into the search bar, you can directly access the corresponding page, reducing steps and making it easier to adapt to the new interface.
