In this section, you can configure the import of orders made by customers on your Magento store by associating them with contacts imported from Magento via Contact Synchronization.
This way, you will be able to analyze your customers' purchasing habits, such as understanding if they have purchased products from a specific category in the last 30 days.
The Order Synchronization is a feature that is part of the Advanced version of the Magento connector. Please contact the Help Desk for more details.
To enable synchronization, it is necessary to activate the Enable import option.
Daily updates
With Enable import activated, you can enable automatic daily updates with Import daily.
The operation will start every day at the scheduled time in Start at: (in HH:mm format, 24 hours)
Order history
You can limit the number of orders imported into the platform to keep only the necessary data and improve the performance of the filters on contacts. For this reason, we recommend not selecting Consider orders with the value All, but rather choosing Updated in the recency period and specifying a number of days. The synchronization will select from the order history those updated in the last x days (x=configured period).
The Filter orders by field allows you to select the orders to import based on certain values of the State or Status fields.
By default, we select orders with the status Complete.
Analysis dimensions
By clicking the Change dimensions button, a new window will open where you can update the analysis dimensions of the products. For example, you might select color to understand which contacts purchase products of a certain color.
Filter by analysis dimensions
The analysis dimensions are available in the contact list filters via the Ordered items - Product field and the in operator.
For example, you can filter contacts that have purchased products from a certain Manufacturer using a filter of this type.
