Rest API
- Enable history for exports to segments via workflow.
If this option is enabled, individual contact additions/removals made via workflow will also be recorded.
If the option is off, only periodic daily exports will be included in the history. - Number of segments downloaded per API request.
This option indicates how many segments to retrieve per API call. All available entities will always be retrieved, only the number and size of requests to accomplish this will vary. A value of 0 indicates that the system default will be used. - Number of contacts sent per API request.
This option indicates how many contacts to send per push call to Google. If the number of contacts present is greater than this threshold more calls will be made. A value of 0 indicates that the system default will be used. - Cache life time of capture forms, cache life time of Google customers, cache life time of Google customer IDs.
These are parameters that help speed up interaction with the UI by preloading data in memory.
If you don't see all of your Google Ads forms or customers on the platform, because maybe they were recently created, you can force re-reading by going to the app center, in the Google Ads app tab, and pressing the Clear App Cache button from the Options tab. - Policy per job
Updating segments on Google can continue well past the end of the export job on the platform, in fact Google declares a job completion time of up to 48h after receiving contact data. The policy per job option indicates what to do in case the update job is still in progress when the next run is started.
Acquisition modules
- Maximum number of days of inactivity
This setting is the default applied to the parameter of the same name in the individual module and is used to monitor that failure to import contacts into the platform does not hide miscellaneous problems. - Enable daily notifications of import errors.
This flag, if enabled, sends a daily report of any errors on all configured modules.
Advanced settings
- Disable event queue management.
This setting blocks contacts who have completed capture forms from being received in the platform. Contacts are discarded and cannot be retrieved later, so it should never be enabled except in case of serious problems. - Disable automatic data cleaning.
It is good to keep this option disabled, because periodic cleaning helps keep the processing of compilations received from Google Ads fast. Cleaning does not delete contacts or compilations that have already been processed, only the raw events received from Google Ads.
