When your landing page is ready, it's time to put it online. With magnews, you can activate it in just a few clicks and make it immediately accessible to your contacts and visitors, according to the rules you have defined. If you have already set up the layout, content, questions, display rules and everything else you need, publishing it is the last step to start collecting results.
An active landing page or survey is visible to contacts (and others), in accordance with the settings you have configured in the Limits and Responses sections. This allows you to maintain full control over who can view them and when (read the dedicated article).
How to activate a landing page
Activating a landing page is simple: click on the ‘Activate’ button in the top bar and confirm the operation.
From this moment on, your landing page is online and accessible.
Choose when to make it available
Do you need to publish it for a limited period only? You can do so easily.
From the Settings page, in the Limits tab, select the ‘Date range’ option and define:
- the start date, from which the landing page will be visible
- the end date, after which it will no longer be accessible
Upon expiry, anyone who clicks on a link to the survey or landing page will no longer be able to view it.
Use the QR code to share your landing page offline as well
The most common way to promote a survey is to include the link in an email. However, a landing page can also be shared outside of digital channels.
That's why magnews allows you to generate a QR code for your active landing page.
From the ‘QR code’ button, you can view, photograph or download it, and use it wherever you want: brochures, physical events, points of sale, printed materials.
A simple and immediate way to bring people directly to your landing page, even offline.
