Filters are structured according to “descending levels,” in a tree format. When you apply a filter on a field or statistical information with many levels, it is essential to remember the path taken to reach the filter. Now you can see these displayed just above the final chosen filter.
For example, I am searching for contacts who:
- Have clicked more than 3 different emails: Insight > Email > Click > Clicked Emails greater than 3
- Currently have an active session in a certain automated flow: Insight > Journey > Journey Name > Automated Flow > Flow Name > Active Sessions? is true
- Have rated their last purchase positively: eCommerce (customized category) > Rate Your Purchase (database contact field) equal to Satisfied or Very satisfied
- Made the last order with a value greater than 100 euros: Insight > Conversion Goals > Goal Name > Last Conversion Value greater than 100
Filters on top are placed right above the list, to the left of the Filter button and are very useful for quick searches.
The specific filter selects contacts by status. By default, all statuses are displayed, but you can choose to view contacts with one or more statuses (subscribed, unconfirmed, suspended, unsubscribed).
The free search allows filtering contacts by searching in the following fields: first name, last name, email, mobile number, database key, contact ID.
