This makes the use of Google Postmaster Tools particularly advantageous for optimizing your sending strategies.

Before starting
If you haven't done it yet, set up Google Postmaster Tools and add the sender domain you want to monitor.
It only takes a few steps:
-
Access Google Postmaster Tools: Go to the Google Postmaster Tools website and sign in with your Google account.
-
Add your domain: Once logged in, click on "Add Domain" and enter the sender domain you wish to monitor.
-
Verify the domain: After adding your sender domain, Google will provide a TXT record to be added to the DNS settings of your domain. This serves to verify that you have permission to monitor that domain.
-
Add the TXT record to your DNS: Access the DNS management panel of your domain and add the TXT record provided by Google. The record propagation might take some time (up to 48 hours).
-
Confirm domain verification: Go back to Google Postmaster Tools and click on "Verify". If the DNS record has propagated correctly, you will receive confirmation that the domain has been verified.
-
Start monitoring: Once the domain is verified, Google Postmaster Tools will begin to collect data on the emails sent from your domain to Gmail. You can access specific dashboards related to domain reputation, IP reputation, spam rate, and more.
