Do you want to personalize your communication by showing your contact only the products they are interested in? Or do you want only your customers to see a banner inviting them to an event?
The feature you need to use is the visibility condition (๐๏ธthe wink you see next to each element).
Using a visibility condition allows you to show an object to a contact only if one or more conditions are met.
For example, suppose you need to send a communication to all contacts in your database, but you want to show a different image depending on their gender.
Simply insert the two images or two articles, and apply a visibility condition to each of them that will show the image corresponding to the gender value you have configured.
Proceed as follows:
- Include both sections in your communication, both the one that will be shown to male contacts and the one for female contacts.
- Click on the ๐๏ธ icon to activate the visibility condition on the first section:
- Click on the Add condition button
- Choose the field to which you want to apply the visibility condition.
You can choose only one contact field, but you can also combine it with other contact fields. Alternatively, you can use one or more statistics fields and one or more contact information fields.- If the field is of the Single Selection type, as in our case, you can choose the values directly from the drop-down menu or ask if the fiels is empty or not empty.
- If the field is of the Boolean you will see a drop-down menu where you can choose the value true or false.

- If the field is of the Text type: you can choose the different operators: Equal, Different, Contains, and enter the desired value.
- Click OK to close the window.
- Repeat the same operation for the other image, changing the condition so that it is visible to female contacts.
- Note that the visibility condition icon changes color if the condition is active.
Display products based on interests
The platform uses CONTENT TAGS>>, so if you have tagged all your products with TAGS, we can display a section (where we insert product information) only to people who have recently clicked on content with the same TAG.
- Enter the product section
- click on the visibility icon and choose Statistical field
- choose the Recently clicked tags option
- You can also select multiple tags at the same time.
