Create a sender domain
Follow the path Settings > Brand Protection > Sender domains
To create a new sender domain, use the "New sender domain" button or the "Insert a sender domain" button if it's your first time accessing this section.
Enter the domain you intend to create in the text field.
Make sure you have typed it correctly and click on the "Create sender domain" button.
Configure DKIM for the sender domain
After creating the sender domain, magnews prompts you to configure DKIM certification.
Configure the TXT record in the domain's DNS zone
The first thing you need to do is ask your IT department or the hosting provider for the domain example.com to add a new TXT record in the DNS zone with the values for the “DNS Host Name” and “DKIM key” fields, which are found in the "Information" section of the sender domain tab.
You can copy the values of the “DNS Host Name” and “DKIM key” fields using the buttons to their right.
Alternatively, you can click on the “Download instructions” button to get a file complete with all the information to directly provide to the person responsible for configuring the TXT record.
Activate DKIM certification
Once the TXT record has been configured correctly, click on the "Activate certification" button to verify its correct configuration and then activate the DKIM certification and the sender domain for use on the platform.
