What are modules and credits
Modules are the components available for your account, according to the terms defined in the supply contract. They are also referred to as "add-ons" and consist of macro functionalities provided for the realization of your digital marketing projects.
Some of the most frequently used modules are: landing pages for creating surveys and promotional pages for products and services, workflows for optimizing relational marketing automation, and on-site messages for a personalized customer experience.
Credits refer to consumption and availability for messages (via email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) and submissions (landing pages/surveys).
Which modules are available for my account
To find out which modules are available for your account, go to the "Settings" menu and then to the "My Account" section.
In the "In your account" box, you will find values relating to automated flows, active landing pages, databases, journeys and data retention times:
How many credits do I have available?
The "Your credits" box shows the values relating to emails, SMS, remaining survey responses, etc., based on the channels you have chosen to use to communicate and interact with your recipients:
What does my usage plan include?
Finally, the "Your plan" box contains information about the resources used and available: contacts in the databases, disk space used, and number of Web service API calls:
How to activate currently unavailable modules
To activate new modules, refer to your "Account Representative" or, if you are the representative, to your "Sales Contact."
You will find the name and surname in the box containing the name of your company. When you click on the representative/contact's name, a new email message is opened with the recipient's email address pre-filled.
