Discover how to check your remaining credit, calculate the usage of the past months, and whom to contact for a recharge.
How to check available credit
To find out your remaining credit, go to the “Settings” menu and then to the “My account” section. In the “Your Plan” box, you’ll find the values for the available email and SMS credits.
Click on the number related to remaining emails and/or SMS to review the monthly consumption for the past two years: calculate the total messages sent per channel and assess the volume of messages needed to proceed with your send schedules.
Who to contact for recharging depleted credit
Once you've assessed the required traffic for scheduling your communications, refer to your “Account Manager” or, if you are the contact person, to your “Sales Contact”.
You will find the name and surname in the box containing your company's name. When you click on the name of the manager/contact, a new email message will open with the recipient's email address already set.
In your request, specify which account you are writing about and ask for a quote regarding the email and/or SMS traffic necessary to resume your activities.
