On the magnews Platform, users are granted the possibility to export a wide range of data, both personal and non-personal, as well as digital assets, in order to ensure transparency, portability, and re-use of information. This right may be exercised in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), which safeguard the right of data subjects and users to obtain and transfer their data in a structured, accessible, and interoperable format, as well as to access and share digitally generated data in a secure and controlled manner.
The main categories of data and information available for export include:
Contacts and Blacklist: information relating to subscribers, including personal and profiling data, declared preferences, contact channels, and chosen formats of receipt. This also includes statistical data and contact details entered in the Blacklist, useful to ensure the correct management of exclusions due to bounces or spam reports;
Communications sent: copies of the communications sent to contacts, including structure, content, and reference language;
Media: files uploaded within the platform (images, documents, multimedia resources), linked to specific communications, journeys, or available globally, in their original upload format;
Workflow: structure and content of the workflow (e.g., message texts and images);
Landing pages: structure of landing pages, forms, and/or surveys, as well as the responses provided by identified and/or anonymous contacts;
Templates: graphic and textual templates used for communications, on-site messages, and landing pages, with associated structure and resources;
Insights: analytical reports and aggregated statistics on communications, transactional messages, workflows, on-site messages, and journeys. This includes performance indicators and data relating to conversion objectives;
Plan and Consumption: summary information on platform usage, including the number of messages sent per channel (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp), on-site message views, and credit consumption linked to advanced functionalities such as artificial intelligence.
For technical reasons, as well as for the protection of resources and data covered by intellectual property rights or qualifying as Diennea's trade secrets, users are not permitted to export data beyond those listed above.
The export activities described can be completed independently and with just a few clicks by platform users, subject to the association of a high-level standard profile (e.g., administrator) or, in any case, the granting of specific permissions required to operate on certain sections of the magnews account.
