The activities calendar provides a centralized view of your marketing initiatives in magnews. From a single workspace, you can monitor scheduled and ongoing activities, navigate through upcoming campaigns, and create new communications directly from the calendar.
Where to access the activities calendar
To open the calendar:
- Go to Journey Lab.
- Access the default dashboard.
- Open the Calendar section.
The calendar is designed to help marketing teams manage activities across journeys and maintain visibility over planned initiatives.
What you can see in the calendar
The calendar supports two viewing modes:
- Monthly view, which is the default layout.
- Weekly view, for a more detailed planning perspective.
Within the calendar, you can view key assets associated with journeys in your account, including:
- communications;
- workflows;
- landing pages.
This gives you a complete overview of the activities scheduled across your marketing projects.
How to work with calendar assets
The calendar is more than a planning tool. It also provides direct access to the assets displayed within it.
By selecting an item, you can:
- view its details;
- make changes;
- complete pending activities;
- access available statistics.
This allows you to move seamlessly from planning to execution without leaving the calendar.
How to create a new communication from the calendar
You can create a new communication directly from the calendar interface.
To do this:
- in Monthly view, select the desired day;
- in Weekly view, select the desired time slot.
Then:
- choose the destination journey;
- create the new communication draft.
