What are modules
Modules are the components available for your account, according to the terms defined in the supply contract. They are also referred to as "add-ons" and consist of macro functionalities provided for the realization of your digital marketing projects.
Some of the most frequently used modules are: landing pages for creating surveys and promotional pages for products and services, workflows for optimizing relational marketing automation, and on-site messages for a personalized customer experience.
Which modules are available for my account
To find out which modules are available for your account, go to the "Settings" menu and then to the "My Account" section.
In the "Your Plan" box, you will find the values associated with email, SMS, on-site messages, etc., based on the channels you have chosen to use for communications directed to your recipients.
In the "Available in your account" box, you can see the active modules and their respective usage (for example, you can have up to 10 workflows activated, and 2 are already active).
How to activate currently unavailable modules
To activate new modules, refer to your "Account Representative" or, if you are the representative, to your "Sales Contact."
You will find the name and surname in the box containing the name of your company. When you click on the representative/contact's name, a new email message is opened with the recipient's email address pre-filled.
