Discover how to check who logged in, when, and for how long. Use filters and sorting to make your search more effective.
Where to check account logins
To check account logins, access the "Settings" menu and in the "Users" box, click on the "logged in" link.
Alternatively, from the "Monitor" menu, expand the view of the "Users and Security" area and visit the "User accesses" section.
Interacting with data in the table
To make your search more precise, set up data sorting in the table and/or define a filter with specific rules.
For example, filter in descending order the logins of a specific user, from a specific source (IP address), and within a particular time frame.
Retention period for user access logs
In the "Accesses to magnews" table, you will see data from the last 30 days. If you need a more extensive history, the archive contains logins from the last 3650 days (10 years), or the data related to the period agreed upon in the contractual terms.
The retention times for access logs are customizable, but remember that the minimum retention period is 365 days.
