Ask Q and MCP
Compare your performance with market benchmarks using Q
Ask Q helps you interpret your communication results by comparing them with benchmarks from the Magnews Statistical Observatory, based on email campaign performance in the Italian market.
For example, you can ask “How do my communication results compare with industry benchmarks?” to understand how your communications perform against the market and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ask Q to create your SMS messages
You can now use Content Assistant to create your SMS communications too. Click Create with Q and describe what you want to communicate: Q generates a new SMS with the complete text and opens it directly in the designer.
From there, you can review the content, edit it directly or ask Q to improve or rewrite it before sending. This gives you a ready-made starting point to customize, helping you prepare your messages faster.
Even more possibilities with magnews AI connectors
The magnews AI connectors for ChatGPT and Claude now offer new capabilities, allowing you to access even more detailed information about your workflows and contacts.
With the new MCP server tools, you can ask your AI assistant how a workflow is structured or how contact field values are distributed across your database. This makes it easier to explore your data and understand how your automation flows are organized, directly from the AI tools you already use.

Reports - Insight
Discover how much magnews contributes to your conversions
In Insight, you'll find the new Conversion Goals report, which brings together the conversions recorded for your goals and helps you understand how many come from activities carried out with magnews.
You can analyze conversions and revenue over your selected period, compare results with the previous period, and identify the assets that contribute most to conversions, including communications, workflows, landing pages, and on-site messages. This gives you a clearer picture of which activities drive results and where to focus your next investments.

Assets and Journey Lab
One content asset, multiple languages, across all channels
Multilingual support now extends to landing pages, on-site messages, subscription forms, and service pages. You can manage multiple languages within the same content asset and translate questions, buttons, and default messages without creating a separate asset for each language.
SMS communications are now multilingual too: you can select languages directly in the designer and write a different text for each one. Each contact receives the message in their own language, including in bulk sends and transactional communications.
For service pages, you can also explicitly include contacts whose language is unknown, thanks to the new Undefined language option.

Check your communication previews more accurately
When viewing an email preview, you can check its actual size, calculated based on the selected contact and the visibility conditions applied. This helps you identify potential size issues before sending.
You can also display all communication content, including elements hidden by visibility conditions. This is particularly useful after sending, when you want to review every block in the email, regardless of the conditions configured.
Finally, when you open a landing page or service page from a preview or test send, a colored notice helps you identify the viewing mode and understand whether actions on the page can be performed or affect real data.
How to check a communication before sending
Manage visibility conditions more easily
In the communication and landing page designer, you can configure visibility conditions for sections, content, images, and links directly from the new Visibility tab.
You can also access the tab using the eye icon, without opening a separate window. This makes it easier to choose which content to display based on your conditions and update them more quickly, without interrupting your work in the designer.

Find your scheduled communications more easily
In Journey Lab > Communications, you'll find the new Scheduled tab, which brings together communications scheduled for sending but not yet sent, keeping them separate from those already sent.
Communications are sorted by their next scheduled send date, with the earliest at the top. You can also filter the list by date and cancel a scheduled send directly from the list, without opening each communication. This makes it easier to keep track of upcoming sends and manage them efficiently.
Create new post-click actions without leaving the designer
Post-click actions let you automatically perform one or more operations when a contact clicks a link in your email, such as updating a contact field or starting a workflow.
You can now create a new post-click action directly from the designer. Once saved, the action is automatically selected, so you can immediately associate it with the link you're configuring.
Send all survey responses with a single placeholder
When configuring a transactional email for a landing page, you can use the new Survey responses placeholder to automatically include all the questions answered by the contact and their corresponding responses.
Simply select it from Insert field in the transactional email designer. For example, you can send contacts a complete summary of their responses after they complete a survey, even if it contains many questions spread across multiple pages, without adding each field individually.
Organize your section catalog your way
In custom templates, you can create folders to organize catalog sections according to your needs, rather than relying only on the default folders.
Using the Folders button in the catalog, you can create, rename, and reorder folders, or choose to hide system folders.
Once the template is published, the new organization will also be available in communications that use it, making it easier to find and reuse sections.

Manage automated flow activation and pausing more easily
We've simplified automated flow status management, with clearer and more consistent actions across the workflow page and designer. You can choose to activate or pause a workflow immediately, or schedule the status change for a later date.
When an action is scheduled, a dedicated indicator shows when the automated flow will be activated or paused, both in the designer and in the workflow list. You can also cancel the scheduled change without affecting the workflow's current status, giving you full visibility into upcoming changes.
How to manage automated flow statuses
Check how many contacts can enter a periodic filter
In the Periodic filter node of a workflow, you can use the new Count contacts button to find out how many contacts meet the configured conditions before activating the automated flow.
The count takes into account the selected database, filters, and automated flow entry conditions. This allows you to check the size of your target audience in advance and assess whether the filter selects the contacts you expect, without starting the automated flow.
Reuse existing communications in your automated flows
When configuring a Send message node in a automated flow, you can create a new message by copying an existing communication, without having to recreate its content from scratch.
You can choose a message from the same automated flow, another automated flow, a transactional communication, or a bulk communication. The copy is created as a new draft, ready to edit and customize, while the original message remains unchanged. This makes it easier to reuse existing content and speed up the creation of your automation flows.

Management and exports
Exports now use CSV format
Manual and scheduled export operations now generate CSV files instead of Excel files, optimized for opening in Excel.
Existing scheduled tasks continue to work and automatically generate CSV files. If you edit an existing task, you'll need to select another format from the available options. You can still use Excel files to import data into magnews.
