The perfect collaboration: PrestaShop and Inspire
With previous versions of the PrestaShop connector you had dedicated templates, PrestaShop One-to-one and PrestaShop Newsletter. On Matilda they are no longer visible because all the elements you need are integrated into the Inspire template (they remain accessible on the Classic interface). When you add a section to your communication you will find the one dedicated to PrestaShop, with which you can easily add content.
Abandoned cart
With the option ‘Products in cart’ you only have to choose how many and the configuration of each one (image, name, price ...). You also have a new variable available, which allows you to enter the URL to the abandoned cart.
Recommendation
Enter the products recommended by our AI, magnews Q, which processes recommendations for each contact.
Directly from the PrestaShop catalogue
With the product picker you select products from your eCommerce, filtering them according to category, price or other elements. With the new version the selection is faster and you can also enter several products at the same time.
Synchronise contacts with email and with the best frequency
A unique view of the contact
You can use your magnews database that has the email address as a key field to import contacts. It is no longer necessary for the key to be the PrestaShop username. You can have a single view of your contacts, with information and data enriched from different sources: CRM, eCommerce, sites, landing pages...
Flexibility in timing
You can choose the update frequency more flexibly, choosing from many more options:
- Every x hours, e.g. every 2 hours.
- At a fixed time of day, e.g. every day at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- On specific days of the week, e.g. Monday mornings at 8.00 am.
- At defined daily or hourly times, e.g. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Customise purchase history
You can import the entire order history or select only a part of it, thanks to advanced filter options: status, category, manufacturer and other parameters such as total spent or unit price of products. You also have new options to filter aggregated data, such as the number of orders, date of last order and total spent. You can also include customised states to have, for example, the total of only completed orders instead of all of them.
