Magnews Q
Q Cluster Assistant: customised RFM thresholds, without trial and error
Defining RFM thresholds manually is complicated: every business has specific purchasing cycles and its own data distribution. Default values are not enough. With Cluster Assistant, magnews Q's AI takes care of it:
it reads the orders in your database
it analyses how Recency, Frequency and Monetary are distributed
it suggests the best thresholds for the 5 levels of R, F, M, ready to be applied.
All you have to do is check them and, if you want, refine them: in just a few clicks, your RFM model is ready, without any trial and error.
To use Cluster Assistant, you must have accepted the magnews Q terms and conditions and have the RFM app available.
Q Image Assistant: harness the power of AI to customise your images
Give your images a new look directly from the designer, with the help of MagNews Q's artificial intelligence. You can describe the change you want or choose one of the suggestions generated automatically based on the context. A creative, simple and immediate tool to help you work in a more inspired and flexible way.

Landing page and Surveys
Landing page report: new trends for survey responses and views
You can now view landing page performance trends even when responses have been archived.
We have introduced a new Trends tab that displays clear graphs that can be consulted at any time. In the tab, you will find:
Daily trends in views and responses (anonymous and recognised), to identify peaks in traffic and responses and understand whether usage remains steady or declines over time.
Daily response rate, to see whether the users involved are converting well or whether action needs to be taken on the content or interface.
Distribution of recognised contacts compared to anonymous ones, to understand the actual weight of recognised contacts in overall performance.
You can also analyse trends over time, as trends are also visible for landing pages with archived detailed data.
Landing pages and surveys: QR code ready to print
For each active landing page, you can now generate a QR code directly from the interface, to be printed on flyers, displayed on screens or included in promotional materials. This is particularly useful for gathering feedback or quickly completing a survey at events, points of sale, totems or elsewhere.
Set exclusive answers in your multiple fields now
You can now define one or more exclusive answers in the multiple answer fields of your surveys. If a participant selects an exclusive answer, all others will be automatically deselected, and vice versa. This feature is useful for managing options that invalidate all others, for example:
For the question ‘What did you buy online in the last month?’, we want the option ‘I have never made an online purchase’ to prevent other selections.
It allows you to collect more consistent data, reduce errors in compilations and have more control over the quality of responses: this means more reliable data and less ambiguity in the analysis.
Call an external service after submitting the form
Do you need to activate an external system after a contact has submitted a survey? Now you can configure a REST request among the post-submission actions.
Set the endpoint, HTTP method, any custom headers or bodies, and immediately send the data to the service of your choice. It's a powerful way to integrate magnews with your external systems, such as CRM, operational tools, or other ecosystems, in real time.
Update contact data from survey responses
You can now update a field for all contacts who responded to the survey or who started filling it out but did not complete it. Go to the Responses tab on the landing page, select all or some of the contacts, choose the contact field you want to edit and the value you want to assign.
This new feature gives you more flexibility in managing the data you collect, without any additional steps.
Automated flows and Automation
Simplify your automated flows with dynamic waits
Nei nodi di attesa dei workflow puoi ora usare un’espressione per definire la data di ripresa del flusso, invece di impostare solo un valore fisso.
In automated flow wait nodes, you can now use an expression to define the date when the flow resumes, instead of just setting a fixed value.
Do you have a date field in your contact profile or flow? You can use it to automatically calculate the right time to resume the flow. For example: wait until three days before a voucher expires.
A new feature that simplifies complex flows and reduces the number of nodes required, making automated flow design clearer and more effective.
Change the name of the automated flow directly from the designer
A new pencil icon next to the title allows you to directly access the settings, rename the stream or update other configurations in just a few clicks, without interrupting your work.
You can now change the name of your workflow without leaving the designer, a small but useful change designed to make the design experience more fluid, immediate and continuous.
Marketing automation: where to start
Profile Studio and Contacts
All responses at a glance: new tab in the contact card
Want to know which surveys or on site messages a contact has responded to? Now you can do so directly from their card. We've added a new ‘Responses’ tab that collects all the responses associated with the contact, complete with status, date and journey name.
You can see if a response is complete or partial, view the details, or directly access the asset that generated it. It's an easy way to get an immediate overview of key interactions, so you can communicate in a more relevant and timely manner.
Communications and Templates
Collapse sections in the designer for smoother navigation
When there is a lot of content, even the best design can become difficult to manage. That's why you can now collapse sections in the communications designer to make it easier to organise the layout visually. Each section can be compressed into a single bar showing the name and an icon for quick expansion. You can expand or collapse individual sections or all of them together, and the chosen view is maintained.
This improvement is designed to make design work more orderly, faster and smoother, even on complex or very long templates.
Create a communication with Inspire
Update all your templates originating from Inspire at once
When we update the Inspire system template (or other system templates), you can apply the update to all your templates originating from it with a single click. It's an easy way to ensure consistency and graphic quality without having to manually update each template individually.
