WhatsApp: new features to automate and better manage conversations
We’ve introduced two new features in the workflow nodes to help you capture, classify, and automatically respond to incoming messages on WhatsApp Business.
“Q WhatsApp Catch” node: interpret messages and guide flows
Q WhatsApp Catch is a decision-type node that allows you to automatically analyze incoming messages from contacts using the magnews Q artificial intelligence.
The node interprets the meaning of the text in real time and directs each contact to the most appropriate path, based on categories, keywords, or examples you’ve configured.
This allows you to respond promptly to WhatsApp conversations and automate the contact’s journey based on what they write.
“Message check” node: automatically evaluate received messages
The Message check node lets you create multiple outcomes based on the content of the received message. You can define custom conditions—for example, to continue on a specific branch if the message contains certain information.
You can now also use automatic validation to recognize elements such as email addresses, phone numbers, Italian VAT numbers or dates.
For instance, ask a contact to send you their contact information, and the workflow will automatically decide whether to reply via SMS or email based on what the user wrote.
