Automation
🧠“Q Catch” node: test response classification
The Q Catch node allows you to automatically interpret open-ended survey responses and guide each contact down the most appropriate path based on what they wrote.
You can now enter a sample text to simulate how the node behaves and immediately see which exit would be assigned—directly within the automated flow.
Being able to test the node’s behavior simplifies configuration and makes automation more reliable from the very first use.
Communications & emails
📎 Conditional attachments: send the right file to the right person
You can configure different attachments based on specific conditions (e.g. the recipient’s country), directly from the Attachments dsection of the message.
You can combine default and conditional files, with clear delivery logic:
- recipients who match a condition will receive only the conditional attachment
- those who don’t match any condition will receive the default one.
This makes your message more relevant for recipients—without complicating things for creators.
🧩 Email templates: more control, fewer errors, better scalability
We’ve introduced new features to improve email template governance. You can now:
- lock fixed sections (e.g. header/footer) and update them just once
- automatically propagate updates to drafts, automated flows, and transactional messages
- protect the code with new container templates that resist external updates
- manage versioning and manually update dependencies.
These improvements ensure visual and messaging consistency over time while simplifying maintenance with faster updates.
Insights & reports
đź”— Landing pages: now track all clicked links
A new “Links” tab has been added to the landing page report. It shows:
- tracked links
- total number of clicks
- number of clicks from recognized contacts
Understanding how users interact with your landing page content helps you optimize both structure and effectiveness.
📥 Unified report for automated flow messages
You now have a comprehensive view of automated flow messages under Insights > Automated flows.
You can analyze:
- all messages from all automated flows in a single list
- messages from a specific automated flow in its dedicated tab
In each view, you can: select a conversion goal to analyze, apply time filters (month, quarter, semester, year), choose to display only the columns you need, and export data by selecting the KPIs most relevant to you.
These changes make it easier to compare performance and optimize automated messages across the board.
🔍 Contact detail: new tab for associated data
It’s now possible to display fields from associated extensions (1:1 associations) in a dedicated tab within the contact’s detail view.
This functionality can be activated in the contact field configuration. The tab is named after the association field and displays all data from the linked extension.
For example, it’s useful for directly viewing product purchase details without needing to search external tables.
Having all information at hand improves analytical efficiency and strengthens your understanding of the contact.
Tracking
🎯 Conversion goals: tracking type and status now visible
A new “Tracking” column has been added to the list of conversion goals. It shows whether each goal uses client-side or server-side tracking.
For server-side goals, a colored badge also shows if it’s active or paused.
This gives you a clear, immediate view of your goals’ configurations—without diving into the details of each.
Audience
Two updates simplify audience management, especially in complex environments.
👥 Smoother ordering
You can now move a dynamic audience up or down within the same tree level. The option to change branches is still available and has been renamed for clarity.
👥 Actions on multiple audiences
ou can now select multiple audiences to:
- delete them (for both static and dynamic audiences)
- change their expiration date (only for static audiences)
These features speed up the maintenance of complex audience structures—without sacrificing precision.
