We have introduced new features that allow you to make integration with magnews even more flexible and reliable, adapting incoming data to your actual needs.
Returns management can be enabled in order synchronisation
Within the order synchronisation settings, you can now decide whether to manage returns as well.
A new option is available: ‘Exclude fully returned orders’, which is useful for avoiding the import of transactions with no actual value, which could distort customer statistics.
Greater control over synchronised data allows you to maintain more accurate reports and segmentations.

Contact synchronisation: more accurate, more powerful
When synchronising contacts from Magento to magnews, you can now apply advanced filters to choose which contacts to import. More complex expressions are supported, allowing you to select only the contacts you are really interested in with greater precision.
In addition, we have unified the import settings between customers and newsletter subscribers: they are now managed together, with the same rules and the same updated fields.
