To create a new contact, from the main screen of the platform, click on the name of the desired database (e.g., “Contacts”).
In the “Contacts” area
then click on “New contact” to enter the data entry screen.
Fill in contact fields
Enter the information of the new contact by filling in the mandatory fields (e.g., “Email”) and any other optional fields that are useful for profiling activities, audience segmentation, or message personalization.
Click on “Create contact” to complete the entry of the new contact.
Additionally, remember that the “Edit contact” feature allows you to add, update, or remove information about the contact.
