How to search and export a contact's activities
From the navigation menu, go to Profile Studio and then, from the list of databases, to the Global Database or to the specific database of interest:
Find the desired contact in the list or set a targeted filter, for example on the contact's email address:
Once you find the contact, click the recipient (or customer ID, if the recipient is not available) to open the contact's profile:
Scroll the profile until the Activities card appears on the right:
Scroll through the list of activities until you find the Export button:
Click the button to export the entire history, including activities that are not shown on screen due to space constraints:
Click Start activity and wait for the file processing to complete; then, click Download file to view the data:
