Branding Assistant: the brand kit boosted by magnews Q
The magnews brand kit allows you to establish a consistent identity in your communications and landing pages by defining essential elements such as logo, colours and social once. Now, with integration into the magnews Q AI tool suite, Branding Assistant is born. Simply enter your web address and the Branding Assistant will identify the predominant colours, logo and active social channels for you, streamlining the process of creating your digital company profile.
Explore the dark side: adapt your emails to dark mode
Dark mode is an established reality: many users of apps and sites, including webmail and mail apps, prefer it and use it regularly. Each client and platform has its own approach to dark mode, making it difficult to verify how your emails will be displayed, but we can help you get a good approximation. Use the moon icon in the preview to see your email in dark mode. For tips on how to fine-tune the appearance of your communications in dark mode, read our in-depth article.
Brand Protection: monitor your sender domains
We have improved the sender domains section in magnews to give you a clearer and more detailed view of the status of the Brand Protection configurations of your domains. You will find two columns indicating the status of DKIM and DMARC: you will immediately know if they are configured correctly, if there are errors or if they are only partially implemented. Optimise the delivery of your campaigns by ensuring that your settings are always on top.

The new layout gives you seamless access to the Magnews features, making it easier to manage your tasks wherever you are.
Images just a click away
Have you integrated an image into a communication and wish to download it because you no longer have it or it had been uploaded by a colleague? Open the designer, select the image and use the Download Image icon to save it directly to your computer. In addition, if you need to edit the image without using external graphics software (e.g. adjust brightness or contrast, crop or add text), remember that you can use our integrated editor to make the necessary changes, which you can find by clicking on the Edit button.
Reuse your best sections
If you are using the Inspire template, you are probably taking advantage of the sections to customise the graphics of your e-mails. In addition to using sections from the Inspire catalogue, you can also save your successful sections as shared. This allows you to easily reuse them in future communications or other projects, optimising time and maintaining consistency in your email design.
Personalised content with visibility conditions
Make your emails even more personalised by using visibility conditions, if you have never used them before now is the perfect time to start. Using filters on master data, statistics or (finally) association type fields with data tables, you can show customised sections to specific contact segments. For example, do you want only those who have placed an order in the last month to see a certain block?
Visibility conditions make this possible, improving the relevance and impact of your communications.
Instant preview for extended data
Imagine that you have a data table extension with orders placed by contacts on your eCommerce. You probably have a column with the URL of the image of the product purchased. Now you can specify in the table setup which column contains the image, allowing it to be displayed as a thumbnail next to the table elements. For example, in the order tab of a contact, you would see the rows of purchased products, each accompanied by the thumbnail image of the product.
Testing to refine: also applies to automated flow
Want to test your automated flow quickly and easily? If it contains ‘Send message’ nodes, you can now test faster by sending tests to yourself or a colleague. Simply start a automated flow test and specify the email address and/or mobile phone number where you would like to receive messages. Be careful, the messages sent are real and the activities will be recorded on the contact chosen for the test.
