Automated flow and magnews Q
React to every answer: your automated flows are now truly listening
Have you sent an email asking contacts to complete a survey? Now you can guide each contact down a different automated flow path, based on their response.
With the new “Check response” node, you choose the survey question to evaluate and define the possible exits based on the answers—such as NPS, single choice, checkbox or multiple choice.
You can create personalized follow-ups, recover dissatisfied customers, reward your best supporters, or simply gather insights for the future.
One more tool to help you automate smarter.
With Q Catch, your automated flow understands open answers too
After “Answer check”, here comes Q Catch: the new automated flow node that interprets open survey responses using Q, magnews’ AI.
Q Catch leverages advanced language models (LLM) to detect patterns, recognize sentiment, identify topics or keywords, and match each input to a defined category.
Just select an open-text question and define the categories you want: each category corresponds to a different node exit. Q Catch will analyze and interpret your contacts' answers in real time, sending them down the most appropriate path based on what they wrote.
Here are a few simplified examples of questions and possible classification:
What’s your favorite color? → Categories/exits: Warm colors / Cool colors
Answer “blue” → exits via “Cool colors”; answer “red” → exits via “Warm colors”Share your opinion → Positive / Negative / Neutral
What do you think about us? → Would recommend / Would not recommend
What do you think about our product? → Satisfied / Not satisfied
Insight & Reports
Transactional reports: track conversions
Transactional reports—covering messages in automated flows, landing pages and on-site messages—now include the “Conversions” card.
Whether it’s an email or SMS, you’ll automatically see the card when data is available, with the same format and functions you already know: one tab per goal and direct access to detailed reports.
A powerful enhancement for a more complete view of performance—even in one-to-one communications.
More control in landing page reports: response details and export
You now have a complete and detailed view of the responses collected through your landing pages.
In the “Responses” tab, you can view all answers by page, just as set in the designer. You can also filter by date range, completion status, or contact.
Want to work with the data? With just one click, you can export all responses into a ready-to-download CSV file.
Everything is designed to simplify analysis and give you more control over your surveys.
From report to action: work on contacts who interacted with your message
From the report of any communication, message or transactional, you can now take direct action on the filtered contact list—such as those who opened, clicked or converted.
Select all or some of the contacts and apply actions like: update contact fields, unsubscribe, suspend, add to a static audience, or export to a CSV file.
A practical extension to help you act on relevant contacts without leaving the report.
Transactional insight: clearer data, simpler analysis
The Insight view for transactional communications now offers the same features as the one for massive sends.
You can select the conversion goal, customize visible columns (including kpi and values as click rate, conversions, opened messages, unsubscriptions, ...), filter by time range (last month, next month, last quarter, last year…) and export a complete CSV file of the data.
More tools to analyze and compare even your transactional communications with accuracy.
Survey & landing pages
Collect feedback without creating a survey
Want to ask for quick NPS feedback without a landing page or survey? With the Inspire template, you can place the question directly in the email: each score is a tracked link you can use for segmentation or to trigger targeted actions.
Media & Communications
Clean up your media library: bulk delete made easy
Managing your media library is now easier than ever: you can delete multiple files at once across libraries—global, journey, communication, landing page and on site messages.
The feature respects the context and folder you’re working in.
Just a few clicks for safe, effective cleanup.
Easily manage communications linked to your templates
When you update one of your custom templates, you can now instantly see where it’s being used and choose which communications to update.
A new card displays the full list of communications—transactionals, landing pages and on site messages—using that template, along with the version in use, update status, and selection options.
When publishing a new template version, you can also trigger the automatic update of all linked communications.
A useful tool to keep everything aligned and save time, especially when working with locked sections or recurring content.
